Delivery and Return Policy
Costs related to delivery:
At Mydoggy-shop,all orders placed on our site have a fixed cost of €4.90. For orders over €50, delivery is free. Costs are calculated automatically when you enter your information on the checkout page. Each order is tracked using a tracking number provided by La Poste, Colissimo, ColiColi, or Colis Privé.
Processing and delivery times:
Order processing, i.e., preparation and shipping, takes 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier, generally averaging 15 business days.
Order Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of its validation.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@mydoggy-shop.com as soon as possible so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
No request to cancel your order can be taken into account if it has already been processed.

Returns & Exchanges:
At Mydoggy-shop, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you won't encounter any surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.
Return policy :
We accept returns for any reason! Whether you are dissatisfied or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 30 days from the moment you receive your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out this return form. Sign it and then send it with your package to the address we will provide when you write to our support.
You have a statutory period of 30 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt and verification of the return.
Address error:
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us as soon as possible to inform us of any changes. These changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).
In these latter cases, these packages can be returned to us, but not always.
If your order is returned to the sender, we offer a refund of your order less the shipping costs or we offer reshipping, whichever you prefer.
You are not eligible for reshipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.
